Return & Refund Policy
At Bazaarify, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
The product received is damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return or replacement, customers must provide clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
In most eligible cases, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.
